Description

β€’ spearhead initiatives to optimize our sales processes and streamline workflows for our Account Executives β€’ collaborate closely with the Marketing team, offering data-driven insights to enhance outreach performance β€’ Design, implement, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track and monitor key marketing and sales metrics β€’ identify and analyze data quality issues, and implement solutions to ensure accurate and reliable data β€’ Partner cross-functionally to identify ongoing growth opportunities and areas for improvement, down to the individual sales rep level β€’ Lead projects to continuously improve our data and reporting capabilities

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years as a data analyst supporting marketing and sales organizations β€’ Strong knowledge of databases and experience in querying, blending, and otherwise working with large datasets β€’ understand common sales models like rep productivity, rep capacity, campaign influence, and quota modeling β€’ have deployed marketing automation platform reports and Hubspot reports and dashboards β€’ experience using business intelligence tools like Looker β€’ rhythm of the business reporting and development of KPIs and OKRs β€’ strong communication skills and know how to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders β€’ very experienced at gathering requirements and socializing reporting methodologies across functional teams
