🎯 Requirements

• You take proactive ownership of solution alignment for complex deals with large customers • You can build strong, collaborative working relationships with senior sales executives and act as a strategic advisor to develop winning sales strategies • You are self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently as well take a leadership role working with internal teams / stakeholders • You have a strong business acumen with the ability to effectively address multiple stakeholder requirements, including the positioning of workarounds and solutioning for desired objectives • You have had demonstrable success as a solutions consultant in winning complex opportunities. • You are experienced in assessing complex customer requirements effectively • You are familiar with the Employer of Record (EOR), Contractor Management, Payroll and HR technology landscape • You are able to construct detailed, value based presentations and solution demonstrations that are compelling, memorable and competitively differentiated • You write and speak fluent English • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
