Description

• Manage senior living client portfolio and management of a 10+ person team • Lead and inspire Client Service & Strategy teams through strategic consultation and the delivery of quality, timely project work • Establish yourself as a thought leader for the company and as a senior living expert • Drive and execute business goals, including achieving customer success, strengthening of client brands, profitability, and achieve revenue goals • Develop valuable partnerships by providing strategic support and actionable insights driving client ROI, and effectively guiding strategies and programs from ideation through planning, evaluation, and implementation • Cultivate relationships that include Exec-Level and business counterparts to ensure the growth of the client relationships and lead occupancy analytics/data insight transformational opportunities • Strategically manage cross-functional relationships with leaders throughout the company to implement solutions that advance the client experience • Occasional travel for client meetings and relevant conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, business, communications or related field • 12-15+ years of relevant experience or previous agency experience • Senior living experience highly preferred • Self-sufficient and self-motivated with the ability to independently manage client communities • Extensive integrated omnichannel advertising experience • Proven track record of developing strong client relationships
