📋 Description

• Identify, manage, and close new business opportunities. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. • Work with decision-makers at leading remote-first companies to understand their needs. • Position RemotePass’s platform as the ideal solution for managing remote teams. • Drive revenue growth and expand our client base globally. • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction with RemotePass for workforce needs. • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR, and operational leaders. • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management. • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to overall company revenue goals. • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech environment. • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals with high-value clients. • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and manage complex sales cycles. • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions. • Fluent in English. • Nice-to-Have: Experience working with remote-first companies or international clients. • Knowledge of the HR, payroll, or talent management industry. • Fluency in another language (preferably a European language or Arabic).
