📋 Description
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including status changes, leaves, and attendance. • Support the onboarding process by coordinating paperwork, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. • Monitor and track leave requests, absences, and other time-off policies. • Help in processing HR-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Coordinate with employees and departments for HR-related inquiries. • Support the senior HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. • Participate in HR projects and contribute ideas for process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and HR software is a plus. • Prior HR experience is a bonus but not required—training will be provided.
