• Support HR functions and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. • Manage documentation and maintain accurate records. • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies. • Administer employee benefits programs and maintain records. • Support the performance management process and employee relations. • Develop and deliver training programs. • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations. • Support HR projects and prepare reports analyzing HR data.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. • Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a Philippine context. • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
