📋 Description
• Seedworld, a cutting-edge Web3 gaming project backed by Seedify, is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Specialist with a gaming background to join our growing team. • This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can foster a positive workplace environment while ensuring HR processes align with business goals. • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace concerns with discretion and professionalism. • Promote an inclusive and collaborative work culture that enhances employee satisfaction and retention. • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. • Support the design and execution of performance evaluation systems. • Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs and implement relevant programs. • Regularly review and update policies to reflect organizational and legal changes.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within a gaming or Web3 environment. • Familiarity with gaming studio workflows and team dynamics is essential. • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Ability to work effectively in remote and multicultural teams. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. • Commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Proficiency in HRIS tools and ATS platforms. • Experience with remote team collaboration tools like Slack, BambooHR, or Asana.
