•Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. •Lead a team of HR professionals, manage employee relations. •Support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. •Supervise HR team, providing guidance and monitoring performance. •Act as mediator in employee disputes. •Foster positive workplace culture, addressing grievances and implementing engagement strategies. •Oversee recruitment processes, managing onboarding and orientation for new employees. •Implement and maintain performance review systems and training for managers. •Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regularly update employee handbooks. •Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. •Generate and analyze HR metrics reports for senior management insights.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. •5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. •Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements. •Excellent leadership and team management skills. •Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. •Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. •Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. •Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP). •Experience in [specific industry, if relevant].
