• Identify and engage international clients who could benefit from our remote recruitment solutions. • Follow up on warm leads and build rapport with potential clients through strategic, insightful outreach. • Structure and lead Zoom meetings with international clients, delivering tailored pitches based on their needs. • Demonstrate exceptional listening skills to understand client pain points and offer solutions that meet their hiring needs. • Work closely with decision-makers to secure detailed job descriptions and move forward with signed agreements. • Organize and manage your leads using a CRM system, ensuring that every opportunity is followed up. • Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets for signed agreements and new client acquisition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development or sales experience, with a focus on international clients. • Strong ability to structure and lead professional sales calls, with a track record of securing client buy-in. • Ability to actively listen and respond to client needs, crafting solutions that address their challenges. • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients. • Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Experience using CRM software to track leads, as well as tools like Zoom for virtual meetings.
