β€’ We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in property investment to join our team. β€’ This role focuses on generating leads, engaging property investors, and converting qualified opportunities into deals. β€’ The ideal candidate excels at outbound sales, building rapport, and driving results. β€’ Key Responsibilities include making 50-60 outbound calls daily to engage property investors, qualify leads, and set appointments. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships to identify and understand client requirements. β€’ Deliver compelling elevator pitches to generate interest and pre-qualify prospects. β€’ Use LinkedIn and WhatsApp to follow up, re-engage, and nurture leads. β€’ Accurately track all client interactions in the CRM system. β€’ Collaborate with senior team members to close qualified leads and hit sales targets.

Requirements

β€’ Proven sales experience , ideally in property investment or a similar field. β€’ Strong phone communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and qualify leads. β€’ Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for outreach. β€’ Reliable internet connection and your own laptop/PC.
