• Our client is a digital agency built for the future. • They construct digital products and experiences for businesses and brands. • Administer the sales cycle with acumen, from initiation to successful conclusion. • Deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and fidelity. • Sustain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving requirements and identify growth opportunities. • Sustain meticulous records of sales, clients, prospects, and partners to ensure effective organization and follow-up. • Proactively cultivate new leads to maintain a robust and active sales pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record. • Superior communication skills to effectively engage with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. • In-depth industry knowledge and awareness of current trends and best practices. • Analytical skills to gather, interpret, and leverage data for informed decision-making. • Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust and foster long-term partnerships. • Proficiency in sales techniques, with a focus on achieving results and closing deals. • Should have experience generating leads and rewarming old leads. • Ideally experience using Close CRM, although usage of any other CRM is also welcome. • Experience working in the tech space with an understanding of web design and development. • Experience in remote sales.
