Description

• We are looking for a Bookkeeper with credit card management proficiency who will oversee the financial operations related to credit card transactions. • Monitor and record credit card transactions, ensuring they are properly categorized. • Reconcile credit card statements with accounting records to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Manage credit card payment schedules to avoid late fees and maintain company credit health. • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. • Record daily transactions in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. • Assist in preparing financial statements, such as profit and loss reports and balance sheets. • Track and validate employee credit card usage, ensuring adherence to company policies. • Organize and maintain receipts and documentation for all credit card expenses. • Analyze spending patterns to provide insights for cost-saving opportunities. • Generate reports detailing credit card expenses and transactions for management review. • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting regulations. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. • Support audits by providing detailed credit card transaction records and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bookkeeping experience, preferably with credit card transaction management. • Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent problem-solving and reconciliation abilities. • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
