📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Respond to daily emails from clients about their invoices. • Coordinate with appropriate departments to answer questions as needed • Update bank deposits and categorize expenses • Vendor Payments & Payroll • Prepare Timesheets and corresponding invoices for clients • Bank, Credit Card, and Security Deposit Reconciliations • Financial Reporting (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Security Deposit, and Customs as requested) • Adjusting Journal Entries • Client Back-End System Setup • Collection Emails • Vendor Research / or other Market Research as needed • Other administrative as-required
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Accounting experience • Able and willing to work the night shift (8 am EST - 5 pm EST, Full-Time) • Bachelors in Accounting • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables in an independent work environment • Pursuing a long-term career in bookkeeping (no job hoppers) • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal) • Strong work-from-home setup with the main line, backup line, power storage, and noise-canceling mic. • Exposure to QuickBooks Online or another bookkeeping platform (if you have no experience, we can train you, but it is ideal if you have some experience).
