β’ Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding clients' payroll-related needs. β’ Collaborate with our clientsβ and their chosen HCM vendor to facilitate and execute on a seamless data migration from legacy systems to the new HCM platform. β’ Serve as an extension of our clients by absorbing client-facing tasks, included but not limited to, workbooks, system configurations, and gathering demographic data. β’ Collaborate internally with our Sales, HR, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful project outcomes, and identify potential needs. β’ Identify opportunities for process improvement, such as optimizing system workflows and system automations to improve efficiency and user experience. β’ Perform audits and testing of the HCM system to identify and resolve issues before payroll go-live, ensuring a smooth transition for clients. β’ Drive projects to completion, ensuring successful go-live dates are met. β’ Keep project plans up to date, including timelines, due-dates, and notes. β’ Act as the primary point of contact during post go-live for end-users, providing technical support and resolving issues.
