📋 Description

• We are looking for a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Desktop experience. • He/she will be responsible for managing the financial records of a company using the QuickBooks Desktop software. • The role involves handling accounting transactions, reconciling accounts, and producing financial reports to ensure accurate financial operations. • Maintain and update financial records, including transactions, ledgers, and journals in QuickBooks Desktop. • Record daily financial activities, such as sales, expenses, and payroll entries. • Process and record vendor bills and ensure timely payments. • Generate and send invoices to clients, and follow up on outstanding payments. • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts with QuickBooks records. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances. • Generate financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Prepare detailed reports for management and tax preparation. • Organize and maintain tax-related documents for easy access during audits or filings. • Collaborate with external accountants or auditors to ensure compliance with regulations. • Ensure QuickBooks Desktop is updated and customized to meet the company’s specific accounting needs. • Backup financial data and ensure security protocols are followed. • Handle administrative tasks related to financial documentation, such as filing and organizing receipts. • Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎯 Requirements

• bookkeeping experience. • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop is required • Strong understanding of accounting principles. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software.
