Weβre looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Billing Specialist to join our team and ensure our billing processes run smoothly while providing exceptional support to our customers. β’ The Customer Service & Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to billing, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining detailed records using Salesforce and Excel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. β’ Key Responsibilities: β’ Customer Service: β’ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding billing issues. β’ Provide clear communication and effective solutions to resolve billing discrepancies. β’ Billing Management: β’ Process billing transactions accurately and efficiently. β’ Reconcile accounts and ensure timely billing cycles. β’ Data Management & Reporting: β’ Utilize Salesforce to manage customer accounts and update billing information. β’ Prepare and maintain detailed billing reports and spreadsheets using Excel. β’ Track and analyze billing data to identify trends and potential improvements. β’ Collaboration & Process Improvement: β’ Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes. β’ Provide feedback and recommendations for process enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications: β’ Proven experience in customer service and billing roles. β’ Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. β’ Must be available to work the scheduled hours: 9am - 5pm EST.
