• L/La Front Office Specialist è inserito/a all’interno della nostra Business Unit Pest e contribuirà a migliorare il focus su velocità, immediatezza di comprensione delle necessità del Cliente e garantire massima professionalità nell’attivazione dei nostri canali interni di delivery, planning ed execution del servizio. • I principali compiti e responsabilità del Front Office specialist riconducibili alle macro aree di Operations e Product sono:
🎯 Requirements
• Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3 anni all’interno di aziende strutturate route-based nel team customer care e/o pianificazione; • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione; • Forte attenzione alle esigenze del cliente e proattività nella sua gestione • Spiccata attenzione ai dettagli e all’ascolto; • Ottima gestione del tempo, capacità organizzative e problem-solving; • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare di excel (tabelle pivot) e pacchetto google • Pregressa esperienza nel settore pest management, conoscenza della bioetologia degli infestanti e delle soluzioni proposte ai Clienti;
