Description

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior software engineers • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and architecture • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices • Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks • Contribute to the development of technical strategies and roadmaps • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 5 years of professional software development experience • Proven experience in a technical leadership role • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Python and React • Experience with cloud platforms (specifically AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
