Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology setting. • A strong client-centric mindset, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clients effectively. • Proactive problem-solving skills, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. • Basic understanding of SaaS products and comfort with technology. • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success. • Eagerness to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
