• Replicant helps automate customer service calls using AI • Work with engineers applying Generative AI and NLP • Define and build chatbots for complex enterprise customers • Provide architectural guidance and mentorship • Set the technical direction to encourage innovation

Requirements

• 12+ years industry experience in relevant fields, with 5+ years of experience in technical leadership in Conversational AI products • Domain expertise in multiple of the following areas: Conversational AI, NLP, Knowledge Base, Dialog Management, ASR, LLM. Publishing/presenting in top conferences ( NIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, ACL, EMNLP, KDD, etc ) • Strong experience in designing and optimizing “zero to one” AI-based solutions for AI products
