• Provide Global Leadership for developing end-to-end category leadership • Develop, direct, and implement procurement strategies • Conduct total cost of ownership reductions • Ensure compliance and manage supplier performance • Evaluate and establish a world-class supply base • Monitor and manage supply risk • Partner with functional and 3rd party experts

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategic sourcing and category management with increasing leadership responsibilities • Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business goals • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements with strategic suppliers • Ability to effectively track and manage suppliers and their performance • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach • Ability to influence and drive initiatives in a matrixed environment • Change management skills and self-awareness
