Description

• Play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering innovative technical solutions • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices • Collaborate with sales team for strategic deals in complex sales cycles • Work closely to understand customer requirements • Provide support in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations • Translate client requirements into comprehensive technical solutions • Deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs • Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams • Collaborate with internal teams for alignment with client needs • Liaise with product development teams for client feedback • Conduct training sessions for clients on implemented solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant in a client-facing role • Well versed in integrations and interoperability topics (API, HL7, FHIR) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Effective presentation skills • Familiarity with industry best practices, standards, and emerging technologies • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to engage with stakeholders from clinical users to C-Suite level
