📋 Description
• Lead and support CRM initiatives across the enterprise • Consolidate CRM requirements from various business functions • Establish global priorities and influence the CRM Center of Excellence backlog • Act as a strategic business partner for CRM development
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in CRM product management, business process management, or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) • Strong understanding of CRM systems and enterprise-wide technology solutions • Experience in global CRM program governance and stakeholder management • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple business units and drive alignment on priorities • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to advocate for business needs effectively • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management • Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing competing priorities
