Description

• Support billing and project setup for US-based business units. • Responsible for project setup and billing clients. • Maintain project information and budgets in accounting system. • Prepare accurate client invoices. • Work with Project Managers on outstanding receivables. • Review contract terms and manage project setup/closing. • Generate invoices timely for services rendered. • Maintain accurate transaction records in accounting software. • Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries. • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. • Provide documentation during audits. • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• B.A. degree in accounting or related field. • Less than 1 year of progressive accounting experience required; at least 1 year preferred. • Oracle experience is a plus. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Team player capable of initiating process improvements. • High level of initiative and ability to meet deadlines. • Familiar with various accounting concepts and procedures. • Ability to follow through on commitments and ownership of results. • CPA preferred but not required.
