•Resource Innovations is seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team in New Jersey. •As a Business Analyst, you will think strategically and apply your skills in project management, data analysis, troubleshooting, and training to implement business processes and software solutions. •Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. •Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions.
Requirements
•Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a business analyst or data analyst. •Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming. •Must be a resident of New Jersey. •Experience with analytical tools such as R, Python, Tableau, Power Bl, Excel VBA, etc. •Experience with software development and product management. •Experience with utility energy efficiency programs. •Experience with Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables. •Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, while remaining flexible. •Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
