• Resource Innovations is seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team in New Jersey. • As a Business Analyst, you will think strategically and apply your skills in project management, data analysis, troubleshooting, and training to implement business processes and software solutions. • Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. • Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges. • Duties include creating and maintaining reports, analyzing program data, performing quality control checks, gathering user requirements, training users, and managing projects.

Requirements

• Experience with Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, while remaining flexible. • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a business analyst or data analyst. • Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming. • Experience with analytical tools such as R, Python, Tableau, Power Bl, Excel VBA, etc. • Experience with software development and product management. • Experience with utility energy efficiency programs. • Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming.
