• Resource Innovations is excited to invite an enthusiastic Energy Engineer to become a part of our expanding team in Louisville, KY. • We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate engineer with a solid foundation in energy engineering to enhance our vibrant team. • In this role as an Energy Engineer, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to assist our customers in minimizing energy use and cutting costs at their facilities. • Your tasks will include spotting potential energy-saving strategies, evaluating and summarizing project financials, aiding in project execution, and confirming successful installations. • Resource Innovations (RI) is a proud women-led energy transformation firm dedicated to making a difference. • Leveraging our expertise in energy efficiency, we are continually broadening our range of clean energy solutions to support utilities as they navigate an ever-evolving landscape of challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelors degree is required, preferably in Mechanical, Energy, or related engineering field of study. • Previous project engineering experience or similar within the energy efficiency industry. • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record and a personal vehicle to visit customer sites. • Must be able and willing to travel locally up to 20%. • Strong proficiency with oral communication, writing, and analytical skills. Planning, coordinating, organization, and self-management in a professional environment a must. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. • On-track or desire to obtain one or more of the following certifications: P.E., C.E.M., C.B.C.P. (or similar), or C.E.A. • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
