• We’re looking for an Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of New Business Development experience within Staffing & Recruiting. • This role offers the freedom to harness your existing relationships and dive into new ones. • Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and expand relationships with clients you generate, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions. • Engage in proactive business development through cold-calling, networking events, industry conferences. • Drive sales and exceed revenue targets with no cap on commission—your earnings are limitless. • Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio, supported by our ability to provide both U.S. and offshore staff.
• Minimum 3++ years in Staffing and Recruiting Sales with a proven ability to close self-prospected deals and grow client accounts. • Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) • Experience generating, negotiating and closing Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Placement Roles • Preferred: Experience in a Full-Desk role and experience selling Offshore Staffing services • Track record of consistently exceeding Sales quotas 100%+ • Existing client relationships that can carry over and a knack for building trust quickly. • Type A personality with a competitive edge, ready to exceed expectations and earn significant income on a high-commission plan. • The adaptability to connect with diverse clients and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote team environment. • High-energy, positive attitude, with the gift of gab and a love for selling staffing services
