This pivotal role involves guiding and nurturing your team, ensuring top-notch engineering results, and fostering a collaborative environment within our integrated product and engineering teams. Your mission? To steer architectural progress, champion best practices, and drive innovative solutions while mentoring your team to new heights.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science/Master of Science degree in Computer Science or equally relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience • 10+ years’ experience in an engineering position creating code-based solutions and tools • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role leading multiple engineering teams in a director capacity • Expert knowledge and experience with C#, SQL databases, cloud computing and/or mobile applications, APIs, distributed version-control systems(i.e. Git), Agile development concepts, and client-side frameworks and technologies(i.e. React, Angular and Bootstrap) • Proven expertise in architecture design and workflows, software engineering methodologies, and creative problem-solving. Your ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues will be a key asset. • Highly collaborative and able to work effectively across various levels in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Your professional demeanor and agility will foster a positive and inclusive team culture. • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues clearly and effectively to executives, team members, and other stakeholders.

Benefits

• This position has a salary range of $190,000-$260,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
