📋 Description
• We are seeking a dynamic, energetic Strategic Sales Director for our West Coast Region of the US. • The Strategic Sales Director is a critical role, responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships. • This individual will manage a large territory, developing and growing it with strategic sales planning. • This role requires 50% travel within the West Region. • The position will be a mix of In-Person meetings with large dealer groups and Zoom meetings with incoming leads, referrals, and follow-up from the in-person visits. • We are looking for a hustler, who loves being in front of dealers, having conversations and presenting solutions to solve dealer pain points. • They need to operate in a fast-paced environment, with constant technology innovation of our platform. • The ideal candidate will possess deep digital marketing expertise, adaptability, and an ability to operate in the automotive vertical, preferably having a rolodex of dealer clients that trust and value their knowledge within the space.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven success in exceeding sales KPIs, preferably in automotive retail or SaaS industries. • Experience using CRM systems for tracking and territory planning. • Strong knowledge of automotive dealership processes and business needs. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Self-driven, results-focused, and able to work independently. • Willingness to travel 75% for in-person dealership prospecting/visit
