• Customer Success Manager responsible for client engagement and growth for Reveleer’s customers. • Develop strategy for clients, ensuring successful platform adoption and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate and communicate across teams to resolve issues and expand opportunities. • Lead management of multiple projects and monitor client engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree • Required Experience: 5+ years managing Risk Adjustment projects, specific to Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial lines of business • Travel: Ability to Travel
