• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. • Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid search, display, social, SEO) to achieve qualified lead, pipeline, and revenue goals. • Design and execute targeted ABM and segmented campaigns, tailoring strategies to decision-makers and high-value accounts to drive engagement and conversion. • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize funnels, increase conversion rates, and maximize ROI. • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new marketing tactics to continuously improve user acquisition and retention strategies. • Efficiently manage and execute various campaigns and programs, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and alignment with marketing goals. • Oversee and implement strategies for customer retention and expansion, focusing on nurturing existing relationships, increasing customer lifetime value, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• 5-7+ years of growth marketing or demand generation experience in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment, healthcare preferred. • 2+ years of management or leadership experience preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. • Proven success in developing and executing data-driven growth strategies. • Proficient with marketing and sales tech stack (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce). • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategies and present data-driven insights. • Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance metrics to optimize the marketing funnel. • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, testing, and scaling successful growth initiatives. • Willingness and ability to travel for industry events, company meetings, or team collaboration, as needed to support marketing initiatives.
