About Us: • At Reverse Tech, we create, launch, and scale digital product brands in health and wellness. • We aim to help 10 million people improve their health by 2026 through hyper-targeted brands. • Looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to manage advertising campaigns on Meta and social media platforms. • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve lives through innovative digital solutions. About the role: • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta’s platforms. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various tools. • Work with internal teams to align campaign objectives and execution. • Research and test new ad formats and audiences.

Requirements

Skills needed: • +3 years of experience in a previous similar role for a digital business (ideally a subscription-based B2C product), actively managing Meta Ads • Familiar with Meta’s advertising policies, guidelines, and best practices from an account structure and creative perspective • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data in a clear and actionable way • Familiar with the usual metrics and operations of a B2C app business. You should be able to understand how a funnel operates and frequently work with terms like CPA, AOV, LTV, or CTR • Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively remotely, with a high sense of ownership and proactivity • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate new ideas and test approaches
