•3+ years’ experience in digital advertising and client facing roles, specifically within a DSP •Proven track record of growing accounts, hitting SLAs, and impeccable execution of campaigns for clients •Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment •Understanding of digital media ad serving, technology, and associated terminology •Improve processes that scale broadly, while inventing and simplifying within existing processes •Motivated individual, with a positive attitude, who can consistently strive to exceed expectations •Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills •Strong data analysis abilities, specifically in Microsoft Excel (Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions) to assess performance drivers •Ability to legally work in the United States
