Description

• Oversee Innervate's operational and technical functions. • Consult senior-level stakeholders. • Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. • Implement processes and programs to improve productivity and efficiency. • Set goals and deliverables. • Coordinate and review computer system capabilities and requirements. • Provide direction, scheduling, and training to operations staff. • Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements. • Train employees to support users with documentation and assistance tools. • Implement monitoring and observability strategies with various technologies. • Develop unique PaaS and SaaS solutions. • Manage troubleshooting of systems and network infrastructure running Linux distributions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field. • At least TWO (2) years of experience in the job offered, or at least TWO (2) years of experience with the following: • Implementing processes and programs to improve productivity and efficiency of an IT company. • Implementing monitoring and observability strategies with Nagios, Prometheus (p8s), Grafana, ELK stack and external monitoring in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Linux distributions. • Bare-metal servers.
