📋 Description
• Receive all incoming Warm Live Transfers with a smile and a great attitude. • Follow up on all leads and requests for information in a timely manner. • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and nurture the client/company relationship and get the client to sign up for the best possible telecom or security package. • Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking interaction details in the CRM. • Assess the needs of the client using comparables, and best practices. • Accurately document the sales process, and provide management with reports, daily and weekly updates via our communications channels relevant to your duties and KPIs.

• A great attitude and a positive mindset are a must! • A competitive, confident, perseverant, and persuasive personality • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Organizational and Time-Management skills • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Call Centers, or Customer Service Roles • Basic understanding and/or willingness to learn about different Telecom Packages and Benefits of our providers. • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required. • Familiarity and experience with American Culture is a big plus.
