β€’ Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory β€’ Develop and implement a strategic business plan tailored to regional objectives β€’ Build comprehensive technical knowledge of our Cellular Imaging & Analysis portfolio, including key scientific applications and industry trends β€’ Drive expansion of the Cellular Imaging business in alignment with company growth strategies β€’ Effectively communicate sales progress, including revenue recognition, to streamline the sales process β€’ Foster strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, timely responses, and acting as the voice of the customer internally β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure shared success β€’ Consistently uphold a professional and credible presence with customers, colleagues, and industry partners

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a Life Science discipline (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or similar) β€’ 5+ years of experience in sales of capital equipment or laboratory solutions, ideally within the life sciences or imaging technology field β€’ 5+ years of technical sales experience, focusing on cell-based applications and imaging technologies β€’ 5+ years of direct sales experience working with life science laboratories, academic institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech organizations β€’ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills β€’ Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative team setting β€’ Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented approach to achieving sales goals
