• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects. • Manage cross-functional teams and develop project plans. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements. • Ensure systems meet business requirements and prepare project status reports. • Manage relationships with technology vendors and evaluate their services. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT Business administration or a related field or equivalent work experience. • Minimum 5 years in project management with a focus on HR technology or related systems. • Proven experience in managing Workday implementations. • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. • Deep understanding of HR technology solutions and their impact on HR processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
