β€’ LabChip Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) Sales Specialist responsible for Direct Sales of LabChip GX and GXII Touch Microfluidics Platforms and Consumables β€’ Management of key accounts and customer relationships β€’ Developing new business and implementing sales and marketing strategies in alignment with Revvity β€’ Cultivating a positive customer experience β€’ Development of long-term account and territory strategies for 1 to 3 years β€’ Technical proficiency with Analytical Instrumentation β€’ Understanding of the Drug Discovery and Development Process in BioPharma β€’ Engaging customers in a consultative manner β€’ Actively meeting new customers and managing territory forecasts β€’ Cultivating relationships with key decision makers and influencers

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BA or BS in Life Science or Chemistry β€’ 1-3 years of prior Sales/Business experience or Laboratory experience β€’ Professional and ethical with high integrity β€’ Proactive mindset with strong sense of responsibility and ownership β€’ Results oriented and able to operate effectively in a multicultural global workplace β€’ Ability to analyze and solve complex problems β€’ Capable of influencing and motivating others β€’ Able to operate independently and as part of a team β€’ Self-motivated β€’ Strong communication skills: writing emails (internal/external), speaking on the phone, speaking in person, presenting to groups β€’ Exceptional interpersonal skills, can work well cross-functionally and with variety of personality types β€’ Well organized, stress-resistant, and versatile β€’ Ability to perform in a complex matrix organizational structure and effectively influence across functional boundaries β€’ Fluent in English in both speaking and writing β€’ Willingness to travel locally by car β€’ Overnight travel required
