β’ Strong commitment to the mission, vision, policies, and goals of Rewiring America. β’ 15+ years of increasing responsibility in human resources, with a proven track record of building new systems and practices. β’ Experience with a high-growth clean energy/tech startup or similar environment. β’ Experience designing and implementing innovative talent acquisition, performance management, organizational culture, and retention initiatives. β’ Proven leadership skills with clarity of vision and a commitment to integrity, quality, and collaboration. β’ Mastery of relationship-building skills with a wide range of people. β’ Outstanding oral and written communications skills. β’ Demonstrated ability to hold confidential and sensitive information with care and empathy. β’ Ability to manage a growing team with competing demands. β’ Sets and achieves high-performance expectations that are motivating and results-oriented. β’ Seeks out and delivers timely and direct feedback. β’ Highly collaborative work style with the ability to operate as a peer and thought partner to the Chief of Staff, Vice President of Operations & Planning and other leadership team members. β’ Human Resources Certification, such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP. β’ Proficiency with people operations technology (e.g., performance management software, applicant tracking systems).
