β’ Lead and drive the people agenda for aligned organization(s). β’ Act as a trusted advisor to North America Leadership Team leaders. β’ Build relationships to enhance organizational capabilities and processes. β’ Advocate for talent management and development plans. β’ Diagnose and resolve performance gaps through various actions. β’ Review business performance targets and identify HR opportunities. β’ Encourage sharing of best practices across functions. β’ Coach senior leaders to improve their leadership abilities. β’ Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning. β’ Analyze business metrics to recommend improvements. β’ Partner with talent acquisition for scalable recruiting programs. β’ Support implementation and adoption of talent initiatives. β’ Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners and Specialists. β’ Ensure continuous process improvement across HR.
β’ MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. β’ 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR people leadership experience β’ Experience working in complex, matrixed and global environment. β’ Experience working in a private equity environment preferred. β’ Strong organizational development background. β’ Broad and deep experience as an HR Business leader with knowledge of change management, organizational development, talent management, performance management, compensation, and workforce management. β’ Experience with Workday HRIS. β’ SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
