Description

• Lead and drive the people agenda for aligned organizations. • Be a trusted advisor to North America Leadership Team. • Build relationships with business leaders and enhance organizational capabilities. • Advocate for talent management and development plans. • Diagnose performance gaps and deploy resolutions. • Drive organizational design and workforce planning. • Coach senior leaders and drive talent reviews. • Partner with talent acquisition for recruiting programs. • Lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners and/or HR Specialists.

Requirements

• MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR people leadership experience. • Experience working in complex, matrixed and global environment. • Experience with Workday HRIS. • Strong organizational development background. • Broad and deep experience as an HR Business leader with knowledge of change management, organizational development, talent management, performance management, compensation, and workforce management. • SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
