• About CommentSold: North American leader in live selling technology. • The Director of People oversees all aspects of the global People (Human Resources) department. • This role can be based anywhere in the US on the East Coast / EST. • Lead the People & Culture team, optimizing employee performance and driving people strategy. • Champion a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and mission. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (local, state, and federal). • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation plans to ensure competitiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred. • 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, with extensive experience in international People Operations; at least 2-3 years experience in Tech/SaaS • Proven experience in leading international HR departments within a tech/SaaS or fast-growing environment. Experience supporting an India-based entity is highly preferred. • Preferable to have experience with PE (Private Equity) backed companies • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices in US, India, China and Germany. • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams. • Highly skilled in Excel & Google Sheets • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience with HRIS (preferably ADP) and other HR tools, as well as data-driven decision-making.
