Description
• Develop and implement People Operations strategies • Oversee day-to-day People operations • Work with Chief People Officer to manage compensation and benefits strategies • Ensure compliance with employment laws • Track and analyze HR metrics
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 8+ years of progressive HR experience • At least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven track record in post-merger integrations • Experience leading people operations for a nationwide workforce • Strong understanding of compensation structures and legal compliance • Experience with HRIS platforms and data-driven HR analytics • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
