Requirements

• 10+ years across HR functions, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within global or multinational organizations. • The ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Comfort working across different functions, with strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts to diverse teams. • A bias toward action, with a proven ability to drive outcomes under tight timelines while adapting to changing conditions. • A deep commitment to transforming lives through innovative AI and technology, especially in developing regions. • Thrives in a startup setting, demonstrating leadership, big-picture thinking, and the ability to manage diverse teams from different cultural, economic, and geographic backgrounds.
