Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of People experience, including 5+ years at a high-growth tech company • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and people operations • Exceptional leadership and team management skills • A forward-thinking, people-centric approach to People strategies • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving • Fostering collaborative team and company environments • Keen understanding of communication and change management • Experience as a strategic advisor to executive leadership • Strong business acumen and professionalism • Familiarity with people systems like HRIS and ATS platforms
