Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration or Human Resources. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant Human Resources Management. • Solid compliance and project management experience. • Experience in compensation practices, policies, and trends. • Experience in leading and mentoring staff. • Experience in strategic planning and business development initiatives. • Practical knowledge of techniques, concepts, and considerations pertinent to effective human resources management and administration. • Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work with diverse groups of people. • Demonstrated experience in budget development and monitoring. • Demonstrated ability to develop, organize, and implement complex plans and projects. • Proficient with HRIS Database, MS Office, Outlook, and supporting applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Apprised of current trends, conditions, and legislative changes in states that ETR does business in. • Knowledge of health and safety compliance. • Ability to travel as assigned. • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for ETR business.
