• Maintain and manage Rewst's internal systems for secure operation • Manage and support employee endpoints via MDM • Utilize and administer Rewst's ticketing systems • Administer various Rewst systems, including productivity tools • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Implement and maintain security protocols • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions • Provide training on system-related tools
Requirements
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role • Strong proficiency in managing Microsoft Entra ID, the M365 Suite, and Microsoft Intune • Experience with both Windows and macOS • Familiarity with HubSpot and ticketing systems • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
