Description

• Ensure reliable performance of StoneAge’s ERP software • Provide ongoing production support including maintenance, updates, troubleshooting • Collaboratively create and implement the vision and strategy for StoneAge’s data • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 level support for Epicor ERP system • Set up and maintain user accounts • Maintaining security and troubleshooting incidents • Responding to system outages and escalating issues to vendors • Initiate and lead root cause analysis efforts • Monitor system health, track Epicor performance, and verify integrity • Install new or rebuild existing servers • Perform ongoing performance tuning and resource optimization • Develop and maintain data needs including Epicor BAQ and dashboards • Develop Epicor ERP software solutions for business problems • Assist departments in identifying and implementing process improvements • Provide excellent customer service to all StoneAge employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent • Minimum 2 years experience supporting Epicor’s Kinetic ERP software. • Minimum 2 years experience Microsoft SQL Server Database Experience. • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and to communicate and interact effectively with team members at all levels through both verbal and written means • Working knowledge of Office 365, and Azure • An understanding of current IT and IS technologies, including APIs • Skills to analyze and resolve complex logical and interpersonal issues • Have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively in all mediums with a diverse group of people; understand different global cultures. • Have a strong belief in ethics and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality. • Have a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientated • Be an excellent team builder, strategic thinker, and customer service-driven • Experience with Epicor, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Solidworks, VMWare, Service Desk, and SQL Server are preferred
