β’ The Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to support SAP S/4 HANA ERP system. β’ Ensure associates gain proficiency in using the software to optimize business processes by assessing training needs, creating targeted curriculum, and providing guidance. β’ Maintain effective relationships with contractors, part time resources, and IT teams to enable improved business processes. β’ Drive thorough assessments to identify training gaps and determine specific S/4 HANA functionalities required by user groups. β’ Drive, own, develop and execute effective training plans that meet stakeholder needs. β’ Design training programs aligned with business objectives, hands-on exercises, and simulations across S/4 HANA modules. β’ Train and provide guidance to S/4 HANA SME trainers. β’ Facilitate training sessions covering core functionalities, system navigation, data entry, reporting, and best practices within S/4 HANA. β’ Develop training materials tailored to different skill levels and roles. β’ Monitor trainee progresses and evaluate effectiveness of training programs. β’ Collaborate with project teams for change management during implementation. β’ Maintain communication with key stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals. β’ Ensure hype-care support plan is communicated for user adoption.

Global rollout experience preferred. β’ Training Development Skills: Proven ability to design engaging training programs, create effective course materials, and adapt content based on audience needs. Experience in overseeing the translation of training materials. β’ Instructional Design: Understanding of adult learning principles and best practices for delivering effective training sessions. β’ Project Management: Capability to develop detailed step-by-step plan that operationalizes concepts into plan execution. Capability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints. β’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. β’ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms.
