📋 Description

• The Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to support SAP S/4 HANA ERP system. • Ensure associates gain proficiency in using the software to optimize business processes by assessing training needs, creating targeted curriculum, and providing guidance. • Maintain effective relationships with contractors, part time resources, and IT teams to enable improved business processes. • Drive thorough assessments to identify training gaps and determine specific S/4 HANA functionalities required by user groups. • Drive, own, develop and execute effective training plans that meet stakeholder needs. • Design training programs aligned with business objectives, hands-on exercises, and simulations across S/4 HANA modules. • Train and provide guidance to S/4 HANA SME trainers. • Facilitate training sessions covering core functionalities, system navigation, data entry, reporting, and best practices within S/4 HANA. • Develop training materials tailored to different skill levels and roles. • Monitor trainee progresses and evaluate effectiveness of training programs. • Collaborate with project teams for change management during implementation. • Maintain communication with key stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals. • Ensure hype-care support plan is communicated for user adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA: Extensive knowledge of S/4 HANA modules, functionalities, and business processes across different industry sectors. Global rollout experience preferred. • Training Development Skills: Proven ability to design engaging training programs, create effective course materials, and adapt content based on audience needs. Experience in overseeing the translation of training materials. • Instructional Design: Understanding of adult learning principles and best practices for delivering effective training sessions. • Project Management: Capability to develop detailed step-by-step plan that operationalizes concepts into plan execution. Capability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms. Experience with SAP Enable Now and SAP Companion is preferred. • Practical experiences including planning, design and delivery of change training programs in a wide variety of contexts including ERP implementations and transformation change program. • Excellent skills with PowerPoint, excel and analytical approach. • Ability to work and team with people across functions, sectors, geographies and cultures. • Good analytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills. • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. • Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver work-products of the highest quality and overcome risk and issues. • Participation in one or more full life cycle SAP implementations, achieving production status. • Fluency in second language preferred.
