Description

• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures of the Company while reporting all witnessed unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources • Coordinate resources and monitor marketing existing projects to completion. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Collaborate with internal/external teams, including design content, social media, website updates and products, to ensure cohesive project execution. • Monitor project progress and suggest adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery. • Track and report on project KPIs, regularly updating the Marketing Department Head (MDH). • Assist in developing, filing, and distributing marketing materials and collateral. • Maintain and organize project documentation and files. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to MDH and propose solutions. • Assist in preparing for marketing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned. • Participate in proactive team efforts in assigned company branches and affiliate branches to achieve departmental, area and company goals. • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills. • Facilitate quality assurance system through “We need Your Ideas!” • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications preferred from four-year College or university; or two or more years of related experience and/or training in project coordination, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. CRM, Microsoft Planner, Trello, Monday.com) Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Canva) is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customer sand general public. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Proficient personal computer skills of electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments. • Light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of a production/technical nature. • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials. • Minimum overnight travel, up to 10%
