📋 Description
• The Architecture & Design Specification Representative is responsible for gathering and securing specifications from architects and designers to expand market awareness of the Richelieu brand and increase sales. • Schedule and hold face-to-face as well as virtual meetings with new and existing clients, learning about current and upcoming projects and how Richelieu solutions can enhance their results. • Gather and secure specifications in the product categories including decorative hardware, lighting, sliding door hardware, laminate, solid surface, quartz, and premium panels. • Provide educational training on products and industry developments to the A&D community. • Utilize available sales support applications and systems, especially with proficient and consistent use of CRM. • As this position requires regular automobile travel, you must have your own independent, reliable transportation. • Position may require frequent lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds.
🎯 Requirements
• Successful experience as a Specification Representative or Designer (may consider recent graduates with a design degree) • Ability to schedule and manage your own time, delivering on the activities that produce results • Proactive, high energy, coachable, strong work ethic • Developed design, communication, and organizational skills • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks • University degree in Design is an asset
